Payment Options
All Boxes understand the need for service with flexibility and the importance of security of all our customers information when it comes to payment of goods.
This is why we offer the 6 following payment options;
1. Pay By Phone - some of our customers are not comfortable with entering their credit card details into an online payment system.
So select "Pay by Phone" from the drop down menu when ordering and we will call you for payment.
2. Online Credit Card - so easy..........just put in your card details and your payment will be processed.
Just select "Credit Card" from the drop down payment menu and fill in your card details.
3. Direct Deposit - You have internet banking and prefer to pay by Direct Deposit into our bank account.
Just select "Direct Deposit" from the drop down menu when ordering and it will give you all our account details to make full payment.
4. Money Order - As good as a bank cheque, these can be purchased at any Australia Post agency.
Select " I will post a - Money Order or Cheque" from the drop down menu when ordering.
5. Cheque - We will accept personal cheques but we will not send your goods until the funds have cleared into our account this can take 5 days.

6. Paypal - You have 2 options use your PAYPAL account or use their Credit Card payment system. We have chosen PAYPAL as our online payment partner they do this in 103 countries and regions and have over 100 million accounts. You can't get this track record unless you are the best at what you do.
Just select "PAYPAL" from the drop down menu when ordering and our site will use the great Paypal system to process your payment. No information is held by our system.
Delivery and Handling
All Boxes use Australian Registered Post and TNT Road Express for all deliveries. These 2 services offer tracking of goods.
As we incur packaging and handling cost this charge is included in our delivery cost. We prefer to set this charge as a user pays as we believe this is so much fairer for example;
1 item @ $4.00 + $10.00 delivery/handling = $14.00 ($14.00 per item)
20 items @ $4.00 + $10.00 delivery/handling = $90.00 ($4.50 per item)
Please Note: Most of our products are manufactured from plastic, plastic is a heavy product and weight is expensive to freight around Australia.
Product Returns
We accept product returns within 7 days of delivery.
All Boxes will refund the cost of the goods but not the delivery cost. If the goods are packaged as a retail product and they have been opened as we have to repack the goods a charge may occur.
